About me
Veronica has a Bachelors of Science in Psychology with a concentration in Mind, Brain and Behavior from Colorado State University. She helped teach The Psychology of Learning - a class concentrating in the best practices to process, store and retrieve information from the brain. Veronica is a extreme sports enthusiast with years of experience in high risk, high stress environments where communication and decision making is critical to staying safe and alive. By first hand seeing others and personally living through the consequences of not setting boundaries, she now uses a mix of her education and experience to help professionals process the involuntar response they endure when thinking about putting their needs and priorities higher on the to-do list.
After years of struggling with anxiety and depression from overextending myself due to the pressure of expectations and societal standards, I decided to take control of my life and stand up for my needs and priorities. Now I use the same powerful techniques that changed my life to help others find inner strength and safety.
My Methods
Find inner strength and safety and live a more balanced life.
Combining neuroscience with habit formation, communication skills and boundary setting while finding a deeper understanding of your values, needs, goals and identity - past the external expectations and destructive societal norms.
