I'm Veronica

I teach people how to say “no” by building strong neural connections in the brain through habits that strengthen boundary setting and expressing authentic feelings - looking past the societal expectations and social standards that normalized overextension and burnout. Learning how to say say yes only to the things we choose that matter to us.

I received my Psychology degree in Mind, Brain and Behavior from Colorado State University where I helped teach a class called The Psychology of Learning . I've managed multiple restaurant outlets and managed large scale festival operations. I’m an extreme sports outdoor enthusiast!

I have years of experience in high risk and stressful environments where saying "no" is crucial to protecting myself and the people around me. Where learning how to choose what to say yes to granted me freedom and joy to take care of my needs, priorities and desires. 

I teach psychology-backed communication and habit forming practices that increase our self-care standards so we can increase our mental and physical quality of life.
