I'm Veronica

I teach people how to say “no” by unlearning outdated communication habits and learning new habits that strengthen boundary setting and expressing authentic feelings - not what people want of them or what they're "expected" to do. 

 I studied at Colorado State University where I was a teachers assistant for a class called The Psychology of Learning and received my degree in Psychology with a concentration in Mind, Brain and Behavior. I've managed multiple restaurant outlets and managed large scale festival operations. I’m an extreme sports outdoor enthusiast!!

I am no stranger to risk and stressful environments where saying "no" is crucial to protecting myself and the people around me.

I teach grounded psychology-backed communication and habit forming practices that benefit how you take care of yourself and others so you can increase your happiness and health.
